Overseas Assignments: Overseas assignment to this location requires a one (1) year commitment. The assignment may be extended based on the needs of the DFC.

Stipulations of Employment: Temporary Promotions may be extended up to a maximum of 5 years based on the needs of the agency without further competition or terminated at any time at management's discretion. Upon termination of the temporary promotion, you will be returned to your former or a comparable position. Pay will be set in accordance with 5 CFR 531. Temporary reassignments may be extended up to a maximum of five years based on the needs of the agency without further competition.
